模态分析结果的分析

刚刚做了个仪表板系统的模态分析,提取了前30阶的模态,模型的总质量是3.36e-02,那么如何判定哪一阶是全局模态和局部模态呢。我一般是通过振型来判断,但是网上看有大神说通过输出有效质量来评判,这样可以从数据上确定全局模态。求大神们指导到底怎么判定全局模态,感谢万分.
