能用excite进行曲轴动平衡计算吗?
能用excite进行曲轴动平衡计算吗?如何做?谢谢 用EXCITE Designer计算平衡率。在正确完成EXCITE Designer和曲轴的ShaftModeler建模后,重新进入Crank Train Globals对话框,(如果有平衡轴则填写Unbalance Calc),然后点击View Unbalance,(它会自动出来用Impress Chart画的一些该转速下的曲线,不用看这些曲线,关闭窗口即可),之后就可以在模型目录的计算case下发现文件:

打开文件可找到平衡率:

全平衡时这里都是********
两缸机和三缸机可以直接计算。
对于直列4缸机、直列6缸机,1阶惯性力和力矩都是平衡的。因此重要的是检查内惯性力矩平衡,与配重有关。把4缸机模型删去后两缸(直列6缸机删去后三缸),重复上述计算就有内惯性力矩平衡率了(M_counterweight and M_rotating)。 非常感谢DrLan的详细回答,我赶紧试一下。 我砍去了两缸, li离心力 倒是平衡的。
我用的是全平衡法,各个臂都有平衡块。 但是 力矩却那么大。
是不是不正常。不知道什么问题。
而且我感觉 designer 和 手工算的 并不一致。差的不少。不知道哪里的问题。
数据肯定是不会填错,我按一样的数据算的。 如果是全平衡法,每个拐和每个平衡重的质量数据、质心半径数据一样吗? 那倒不一样,有很多种拐的形式,形状基本一样,质量差别不是很大。

这是四缸时候的数据,平衡率那里不知道为什么出现这样的数据? 别的数据好象都还正常。 F_counterweight and F_rotating: -1067.4 [%] 错!

后四个角度好像不太对啊。 Designer计算出来的平衡数据确实是这样子的,很奇怪。
我也出现过这样的情况,而且我的模型是通过autoshaft识别出来的模型,数据应该没问题。
原因正在查找中ing.........

机型是直列4缸机,但是其曲柄臂有5种样子,平衡块采用的是完全平衡法。一般平衡率到多少就可以了。
