I am not sure if you gave the right equations.

It seems like you have three unknowns X1, X2, T. Am I right?

遇到类似的问题，微分方程组内还有微分项，有文献说用runge-kutta法，但是感觉该方法适用于右端没有微分项的情况吧，有做过的吗，说个思路也行啊

如果没有Alpha_t对温度的那个偏导项，到是简单了，变量为X1、X2和ys，用ode45（四阶lunge-kutta）即可解。感觉方程的第一个式子的偏导项有点问题，建议检查一下。
