designlife计算结果怎么保存

真是愁人啊，计算出来的结果不好保存软件只能保存*.flo流程文件，对结果却找不到保存的方式
拉取FEoutput模块，保存为fer文件，但是再打开时却是没法用
所以每次看结果都要再算一遍，每算一次要一两个小时，真麻烦呀
有谁知道如何保存整个结果么？

hi, the following is the answer from Ncode:
Under normal circumstances, when a flow is saved, the layout of the flow and the glyphs themselves are saved in their current state to a “.flo” file. However, if this flow is subsequently reloaded, any data that may have been current at the time of saving will not be present.

As of version 7 there is a “Save Process With Data” option on the File menu which saves not only the flow layout, but also the current data, so that when upon reloading, the displays will show the data just as it was when the flow was saved. This has particular benefit
when dealing with long run times, since it enables the user to save and restore to the same state without re-running the job.

The target file in this case has an “.fdb” extension, to signify that data is stored within.

Note that if an “fdb” file is loaded and you want to save the flow without data, then this same menu option will show “Save Process Without Data”.
Following the “Save Process With Data” action, the title bar will indicate that the flow is now linked to the data by displaying the filename in the form: MyFlowName (With Data)

It is also possible of course to output the fatigue results for example to an nCode “FER” file for subsequent viewing and or post processing.

另有一个问题交流一下：用Glyphworks或DesignLife计算寿命的时候，针对具有不同表面粗糙度的零件，用的哪一种SurfaceFinish方式计算出来的寿命与试验吻合得好？
参数的确定直接影响寿命的准确性，这需要大量的试验数据来确定。

楼上的这个问题，粗糙度是不是在sn曲线拟合的时候就考虑进去了
sn曲线跟载荷状况，表面粗糙度都有关系

这ncode现在做的还是不够好，，一带数据保存死翘翘了。。（数据量太大了）
操作的时候也没反应（正版，数据挺大的，），要是整体支持多核就好了

   工程上用SN法计算复杂结构的寿命一般差异都很大，用EN法要好一些。
另我指软件里面参数的选择：比如GlyphWorks中EN法计算寿命时SurfaceFinish选项有好几个选项，比如Polished、Averaged、Machined等等。也问过Lin XB，回答也是要通过试验来确定。

将分析流程保存为（带数据），即：*.fdb格式文件，这样关闭当前流程再次打开时，就无需重新调入数据啦。
