BEAM188单元的使用，怎么才能避免约束不够？

运用beam188单元建立桁架模型后，在用endrelease命令时，出现节点40约束不够的错误，不知道应该避免出现约束不够，如果出现了，该怎么施加约束？求过往大神授业解惑。。。感激不尽！！！！

桁架就应该用link单元，里面有三维的
如果一定要用beam，注意自由度的释放

领导啊。。。你能不能把这命令流修改下，然后结合该实例给我们讲解下endrelease命令？再次感谢领导的耐心解答。。谢谢，好人有好报。

你松弛的结果，可能使你的结构已经成为了“几何可变体”，所以ANSYS提示约束不够。几何可变结构ANSYS不能求解的
