CFX每隔一段时间自动报错求解决

求解决，我的CFX不管是在进行前处理还是后处理，每隔一段时间自动报错，错误信息如下
the application has encountered an unexpected problem and will now terminate  
版本信息，WIN7，64位，ansys14，64位
有没有知道什么问题的前辈，谢谢了
