5、招聘职位：高级电磁仿真\开发工程师

主要目标：支持运营企业完成共轨喷油器电磁阀和泵、燃油计量阀、起停电机设计、测试、验证，制定技术标准和规范。
         
?        工作职责：
?        建立电磁学模型，使用Ansoft等软件进行磁路计算，优化磁路中机械原件材料、形状与位置；平衡电流、产热、散热和其它性能要素间的关系，设计电磁阀与燃油计量阀线圈绕组和衔铁及阀芯；
?        根据系统要求，定义电磁螺线管、软磁材料的技术要求和试验规范；
?        支持ECU开发人员优化喷油器与燃油计量阀驱动、起停电机参数；
?        支持运营企业解决技术问题。

?        任职需要/资格：
?        熟悉电磁场理论；
?        5年以上高速电磁阀或者比例电磁阀开发经验，熟练应用Ansoft等电磁计算软件者优先；
?        熟练运用AUTOCAD或Pro/E等软件；

1. Senior CFD Engineer

Location: Beijing
Education: Bachelor degree or above
Reports to:  VP-product engineering
Job Nature: Full time
Language: Chinese and English
Purpose: Support OCs to finish the modeling, validation and optimization of products in CFD applications.

?        Modeling, validation and optimization of products;

2. Senior Structural Engineer

Purpose: Support OCs to finish the modeling, validation and optimization of products in CAE applications.

3. Senior Casting Simulation Engineer

Purpose: Responsible for providing strong support to ASIMCO group for casting products and process development.

?        General Duties and Responsibilities:
?        Modeling, validation and optimization of products;
?        Establish Casting Simulation process, train and supervise CAE team ;

?        Qualifications and Experience:
?        Proficient skill in AnyCasting，MAGMA，ProCAST and other CAE software;
?        5 +years of foundry experience, knowing casting process of iron, steel or aluminum alloy casting, and the riser and gating design techniques

4. Senior 1D Simulation Engineer

Location: Beijing
Education: Bachelor degree or above
Reports to:  VP-product engineering
Job Nature: Full time

Purpose: Support OCs to finish the system-simulation modeling, validation and optimization of products in CFD applications.

?        General Duties and Responsibilities:

?        Establish 1D simulation process, train and supervise CAE team ;

?        Proficient skill in AMESim，GT-Power etc;
?        3 +years experience in 1D simulation

5、 Senior Electromagnetic Simulation/Development Engineer
Location: Beijing
Education: Bachelor degree or above
Reports to: VP-product engineering
Job Nature: Full time
Language: Chinese and English
Purpose: Support OCs to complete design, test and verification of electromagnetic valve (solenoid) of injector ，fuel metering valve of pump and start-stop starter, formulate their technical standards and specifications.   

?        General Duties and Responsibilities:
?        Establish electromagnetism model, apply ANSOFT to optimize the magnetic circuit in the original materials, mechanical shape and position.
?        Optimize the parameters of current, heat and other performance elements, design the coil winding, armature of electromagnetic valve and fuel measurement valve;
?        According to the system requirements, define technical requirements and test specification of electromagnetic solenoid and soft magnetic material;
?        Support ECU developers to optimize driving parameters of injectors and fuel metering valve;
?        Support OCs to solve the technical problems.

?        Qualifications and Experience:
?        Familiar with electromagnetic theory;
?        Above 5 years high-speed solenoid valves or proportion electromagnetic valve development experience, proficient skill in Ansoft or other electromagnetic software;
?        Familiar with software of AutoCAD and Pro/E;
?        Familiar with product test and electromagnetic test methods and processing technology and equipment;
?        Good team worker and leadership capability
