Answer:
This means that MAPDL solver is detecting how many phsyical cores you have not the number of virtual cores.
This is because the speedup you get vs. the extra license cost is not usually worth using hyperthreading.

You can over-ride this control by adding the environment variable:
ANS_ALLOW_HYPER_THREADING=1

ANSYS好像最多只能用到16线程，再多之后效率会下降，不知道会不会跟这个有关~
