压力信号器振动环境下误触发现象机理

摘要:基于AMESim 系统动力学仿真软件,建立压力信号器及其试验系统仿真模型,提出以阀门内部运动件与阀门壳体
相对运动为考察目标,通过理论分析给出可行的振动环境与仿真模型的接口形式,以此建立振动环境下压力信号器特性分析
模型,经验证,模型仿真结果与试验结果吻合良好。采用此振动环境下模型对误触发现象进行机理研究,并给出误触发现象
抑制措施,为振动环境下阀门类产品特性仿真提供可行的思路和方法。

Mechanism of Pressure Annunciator Triggered by Mistake in
Vibration Environment

Abstract:Based on the mechanics simulation software AMESim, the model of pressure annunciator and its experiment system
was established. Considering the relative motion between valve’s moving parts and its shell, the viable interface form of vibration
environment and the simulation model through theoretical analysis. Then a new model of the pressure annunciator in vibration
environment was given, and the simulation results were highly dovetailed with those of experiment. Research on the mechanism of
false triggering was made by using the new model, and the solutions were present in the end. Study in this paper supplied feasible ways
and means for simulation of characteristic of valves in vibration environment.
