回弹分析回弹量过大

       做了一个吸能元件预压后的回弹分析，分析发现隐式回弹量达到了3.5mm左右，实验得到的值应该是1.8mm的样子，不是很清楚回弹关键字设置，小弟附上k文件，请熟知这一方面分析的大牛们帮我看看，我从书本上看说一般回弹错误是前面一步分析的问题，这里我可以肯定前面一步绝对没问题的，所以我想是不是我回弹控制设置的有些问题？拜托了~！！~~！
