COMSOL求解的时候错误：发现未定义的值。。求帮助

做了一个模型出现这样的错误，希望大神帮忙看一下
Undefined value found.
        - Detail: Undefined value found in the stiffness matrix.
There are 133 equations giving NaN/Inf in the matrix rows for the variable mod1.u.
at coordinates: (-0.06,-0.02), (-0.06,-0.0133333), (-0.06,-0.00666667), (-0.06,-1.30104e-018), (-0.06,0.00666667), ...
There are 133 equations giving NaN/Inf in the matrix rows for the variable mod1.v.
at coordinates: (-0.06,-0.02), (-0.06,-0.0133333), (-0.06,-0.00666667), (-0.06,-1.30104e-018), (-0.06,0.00666667), ...
There are 243 equations giving NaN/Inf in the matrix rows for the variable mod1.wZ.
at coordinates: (-0.0566667,-0.0166667), (-0.0566667,-0.0133333), (-0.0566667,-0.01), (-0.0533333,-0.0166667), (-0.0533333,-0.0133333), ...
and similarly for the degrees of freedom, NaN/Inf in the matrix columns.

那就是有的值没有定义，或有的值有错误，多检查几遍。出现这种情况原因有很多
