材料方向定义Data Lines中语句的意思

定义局部材料方向的Data Lines：*orientation,name=ori-1,local directions=3
1.0,0.0,0.0,0.0,1.0,0.0
3,0.0
1,0,0
0,1,0
0,0,1

请问第三行的   3,0.0  是什么意思。
在 abaqus keywords reference manual 中的解释是这样的：Local direction about which the additional rotation or rotations are given. 意思是需要额外旋转的坐标系和旋转的角度，这个是几个意思呢？不懂请教
