分析物体离散成为许多小单元,其次给定边界条件、载荷和材料特性,再者求解线性或
非线性方程组,得到位移、应力、应变、内力等结果,最后在计算机上,使用图形技术
显示计算结果。总之,目前的商用有限元程序不但分析功能几乎覆盖了所有的工程领域
,其程序使用也非常方便,只要有一定基础的工程师都可以在不长的时间内分析实际工
程项目,这就是它能被迅速推广的主要原因之一
Finite element method is bases on principle of variation theory. During finite element analysis, the object been analyzed will be first discrete into finite number of small element, then boundary conditions, loads and material properties will be assigned. The third step is send the matrix generate by principle of variation with boundary condition, loads and material prosperity information into finite element solver (linear/nonlinear) to get finite element results such as displacement, stress, strain and internal stress. Finally, using computer graphical technology, results (displacement, stress, strain and internal stress) can be clearly represented.
Most commonly used commercial finite element software (abaqus, anasys etc.) covers most of the engineering simulation fields and is easy to use. Engineers with basic engineering background can catch up any of these commercial software in a short time period and this is one of the most important reasons why these commercial software been popularized.
