最近在做重启动的问题，搜索了整个ls-dyna论坛，之前有前辈讨论过这个问题，但是对于重启动文件输出间隔问题仍不能理解，如果重启动文件太多特别占用内存，希望论坛里有牛人可以解疑答惑。

请问时间间隔是用循环数表示的，而每一个时间步就是一次循环  这个怎么理解  以及如何合理的设置输出文件数呢

As you said, one cycle is the interval of timestep, so you can define the number of cycles to decide the time point where the d3dump files should be created.  The number of cycles you decide is a experiential value in general. You can size it up by the last calculation or the termination time/DT or else.
In addition, you may read the "Manual Volume I" to find the difference between D3dump and Runrsf.
By the way, you can use the sense swtich controls (ctrl+C), by which SW3 is also can be used to generate a restart file.
