可以首先看一下property模块对材料定义是否有数量级的错误，其次看网格是否有严重不规则的单元，可以具体查看哪些单元变形速率超1，再就是降低加载速率。还有修改mass scaling相关参数的操作，因为我是新手，没有用过这一个，不知是否有效。
