关于接触的初始overclosure

非常奇怪的问题。有少量overclosure，可以接受。但是，高达7.5mm的干涉，我认为我的模型不可能出这个错误。啥时候我把模型传上来。

旋压模型，shell回转体，单元为四边形。


我所碰到的怪现象包括：
一，某个题目，选择四核计算，出现overclosure，单核计算则不出现。
二，某个题目，因为某些需要，需加密网格。沿母线加密网格，不出现overclosure；沿环向加密网格，不出现overclosure；沿母线和环向均加密网格，出现overclosure。


我在站内搜索过，有类似的例子。楼主说出现奇怪overclosure，楼下总是怀疑模型有问题。有了自己碰到的上述问题，我倒是相信那个帖子的楼主。

I have found another thing. contact types have dominant influence on the over-closure.

the result above is based on CONTACT PAIR. if GENERAL CONTACT is used there is no obvious over-closure (just about 1e-3 or less), no matter how many cpus you choose.
