Ansys Workbench中大变形打开了报如下错误怎么办？

我在计算一个扭转问题，Ansys Workbench中大变形打开了就一直报错An internal solution magnitude limit was exceeded. Please check your Environment for inappropriate load values or insufficient supports.  Please see the Troubleshooting section of the Help System for more information.有什么办法可以解决吗？

在solution information里查看具体的错误原因。有可能是约束加的不够，出现了刚体位移。
