如下图所示:
密闭容器的内部充压力为80MPa,其中材料2为不锈钢,其已经进入塑性,材料1为一高强度钢材,其局部也已进入塑性,试验结果表明在图上指出的地方材料1出现径向断裂,但我用ANSYS和COSMOS计算的结果都表明此处应力不高,我认为是我在计算时将其中的螺纹连接处理的不够准确,我在ANSYS中将这个地方简化为焊接了,请问这里该怎么处理啊?
另外我在COSMOS中将此螺纹连接分别处理为点对点、点对面、面对面接触,但计算的结果和处理为焊接(bonded)的结果没有大的区别。
