but at first, Pls do not call others and youself like that.  
In China an advanced and or to say senior user group has not come into being, if we search through the papers on using and developing Ls-Dyna.  
  
To answer such a quesions of yours lead to a soild knowledge of theroy of contiuum mechanics, numerical math. computation, and theroies of FEM.  
  
e.g. Just for a easy-to-use method, for element we can check the hourglass energy in comparing to total energy, especially solid element.  
  
but overall, experience should not only based on simulations have been done before, but the verification through convertional experiments.
