我想编个小软件,清高手帮忙

想编个小软件,可以有小型数据库调用.可以根据公式画出曲线,可以根据曲线上的数据进行加减乘除运算,不知道用什么软件实现?
希望各位高人给于指导,谢谢啦先

I think, you are looking for a computer language to write a small programme with function and plot.

Almost all computer language can support you to do that.
E.g. JAVA C VB or even Excel + VBA.
Some scientific software are more comfortable for your specified problem.
E.g. Mathematica Matlab MathCAD Maple

You have to understand the problem clear and use some programming skill.

I haven't stdudy any language by now. I mean, if there is a software such as "搭建之星" which can build software without learning programmable languages.
and, more easier, the better!
such a long time haven't using english, haha
