请教大家:动态分析的初始条件的施加

想做一个瞬态分析,如果模型各节点上都有初始位移或应变,如何施加这些条件?
查动力学分析用户手册提到两种方式:
1定义两个分析阶段,首先施加静载荷惊醒静态计算,得到结果后在第2个阶段将这些载荷移除掉,定义瞬态分析所需条件,然后提交运算;
2.利用从启动从前面一个静态分析结果出发直接进行动态分析
我的问题是方法1是否就是定理两个loadcase(subcase),一个是静态载荷边界条件一个是瞬态条件,然后提交运算?
方法2用patran 如何实现?

原文: A initial linear static preload that is released suddenly for  a transient analysis may be performed in two stage in one run.in stage 1,apply the static load and use large time steps to suppress the higher frequency motions .in stage 2 ,remove the loads and use small time step to capture the dynamic action.Alternatively, a nonlinear analysis may be restarted from a nonlinear static analysis,making the process nearly automatin.
