use dos command: C:\COMSOL35\bin\comsolbatch.exe -input  C:\COMSOL35\models\ACDC_Module\Motors_and_Drives\generator_sector_dynamic.mph

I did a multi-objective optimization by integrating isight with comsol.  This way is much more efficient than using comsol-optimization lab alone, especially for multiobjective optimization.

yes, there are several ways to solve COMSOL .m files, such as:

1) use fem structure in a function. this may be the easiest way.
2) use dos command. (however there are some strange differences of command sytax  between 3.5 and 3.5a and "comsolbatch.exe myscript" seems doesn't work in 3.5a. you should use something like C:\COMSOL35a\bin\comsol.exe matlab -ml /nodesktop -ml /nosplash -mlr mycomsolscript)
3) use unix shell. This is the most powerful and flexible way.
