you can use the Laminar or TurbulentFlow interface to calculate the air flow and plot the traces of the
particles in this flow field. Basically it is solving F=ma for the
particles with the calculation of the viscous forces and the formula is
already built-in in COMSOL. Note that in this case, you are only solving
for the single phase air flow and the particle tracing are calculated in
post-process. For more information, please refer to COMSOL Multiphysics
user's guide, page 692. There is a example showing how to do this in the
model library called cylinder flow (Model Library > COMSOL Multiphysics >
Fluid dynamics > cylinder_flow).
