如何提取某一节点等效应力

我做一个桥梁的仿真分析，计算完后想画桥梁跨中那个节点等效应力时程曲线，不知道怎么将那个节点的等效应力数据提取出来，然后画成随时间变化的曲线
不知道哪位大侠能帮忙解决一下，只要告诉我提取和画图的那几个命令就行，实在找不到了
