ABAQUS中止计算且产生下列错误提示信息是因为内存不足吗？

log文件：Lost connection to driverLM.Will not attempt recovery.Exiting
msg文件：Process terminated by external request (SIGTERM or SIGINT received)
中途未进行任何联网或者断网操作
恳求各位大神简答!
