用soils分析步做渗流、温度、位移耦合分析时的问题

如题。我设置了初始应力场,施加了上部压力和左端、底端的边界条件,在施加温度边界条件之前可以正常计算,但是施加了材料的温度参数以及温度边界条件之后,计算失败,求各位大佬帮忙指教,到底是应该修改什么地方才能使模型正常计算?错误及警告信息如下:

想问一下如果是地应力平衡效果不好,会导致出现这种错误吗?我发现我地应力平衡分析步的最后一个增量步里mises应力很大,大概是10的5次方到10的7次方这个数量级,请问这种情况会导致计算结果不收敛吗?
