温度速率太快

求解了几步后，错误，an excessive temperature rate occurs in solving the heat transfer equation。查看结果网格并没有删除，选了vumat。材料的选用时常用的铝材料。看模拟都用的这个，也没什么多大差别。 如果是材料设置的问题的话，应该调试那个参数？
