【讨论】求救!温度分布差别为何如此大!

这是我做的二维轴对称焊补温度场的命令流。焊补时,在中心上表面挖r10mm,深为h10mm的凹坑。对此区域进行补焊。焊接电压28v,电流200I,热效率0.75,有效加热半径rh=7.5mm。焊接加热时间:15s,采用高斯内热源加热。热生成率在厚度(y)方向一致。在径向(x)高斯分布。得到的温度场在上表面中心0~10mm相差太大。理想温度场(15s时):中心2500度,r10mm处1500度左右。
