Here are the problems:
1. the command you wrote "nsel,s,loc,z,0.00095，0.00105"

here ，is a chinese character so the ansys think the sentense is
nsel,s,loc,z,0.00095,
which selects 0 node.

2. the command you wrote "esln,s,1"
should be esln,s,0.Check the help to see the difference.
if you use "esln,s,1", no element will be selected...
