Solution Consultant-PLM
职位描述：
发掘客户需求并基于PLM套装产品配置相应的解决方案
基于商用PLM套装产品提供技术支持和培训服务
为客户规划并交付PLM解决方案
PLM实施项目管理，包括项目范围，时间，质量，资源，风险等要素的管理
跟踪了解PLM领域最新的技术和管理理论
围绕客户的PLM战略不断总结最佳实务经验并发掘持续改善机会
Identifies customer needs and comes up with solution based on our PLM product suite.
Provides technical support and training using our PLM solution product.
Prepares PLM solution proposal to customer and deliver solution implementation.
Manages the delivery of a signed PLM project,including scope, schedule, quality, resource, risk etc.
Maintains awareness on emerging technologies and management theories on PLM.
Develops best practices and identfies continious improvements opportunities for customers'PLM strategy.
Solution Consultant - E-Enterprise
职位描述：
基于套装产品规划并交付企业信息化解决方案，以符合客户的相关IT战略和需求
在企业信息化项目的整个生命周期，从售前一直到项目结束，提供技术支持服务（包括培训，简报，演示，等等）
为客户准备企业信息化方案规划建议
企业信息化项目管理，包括项目范围，时间，质量，资源，风险等要素的管理
跟踪了解企业信息化方面最新的技术和管理理论
围绕客户的企业信息化战略不断总结最佳实务经验并发掘持续改善机会
Plan and delivery E-Enterprise solutions based on our solution product suite to meet customers' IT strategy and requirements
Provides technical support (such as training, presentation, demostration, etc.) across the E-Enterprise project lifecycle, start from pre-sale to project closeout.
Prepares E-Enterprise solution proposal to customer.
Project management of E-Enterpise project, , including scope, schedule, quality, resource, risk etc.
Maintains awareness on emerging technologies and management theories on E-Enterprise.
Develops best practices and identifies continious improvements opportunities for customers' E-Enterprise strategy.
职位要求：
Qualifications:
工程、信息计划，或相关专业本科或以上学历
项目管理知识和经验
较强的简报，文档编写的能力
良好的沟通和表达能力（普通话及英语的说、写能力）
熟悉可扩展的企业信息系统，如ERP、PLM、SCM、DM
原意经常出差
其它能力需求：
1 PMP/CMM知识及经验
2 完整的项目生命周期管理的知识和经验
3 OOD/OOP/UML
4 Java
5 J2EE (JSP, Servlet, EJB, J2EE Patterns)
6 Oracle, SQL Server
University Graduate in Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles.
Strong presentation / document writing skill is a must
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal in Chinese and English)
Should be familiar with scaleable enterprise type systems such ERP, PLM, SCM or DM
Willing to travel often
