isight 与ANSYS计算时出错终止，查看ANSYS发现与license的通讯出错。

   Server node is down or not responding (-96,7:11001 "WinSock: Host not found (HOST_NOT_FOUND)")

isight错误信息如下：

interprocess communication failure

use dp_admin to register channel first
