温度载荷转为热应力之后

我现在已经做完了,温度场,和热应力的转换.但我现在的问题是,在实际中,模型还受到了压力,所以在转为热应力的同时,还要加上压力,我小试了一下,好像不太成功,思路也比较不清晰,有哪位知道,麻烦告诉小弟一声,谢谢!
下面是转为热应力的命令流,其中读取了1----30s   30s-----197.25s   197.25s--------373.76s的温度载荷,读完之后,我又加了压力载荷(好像有问题,time 373.76那行开始往下),我隔10s加了50mpa的压
