求助，在进行热结构耦合分析时出现下面的错误信息，怎么办啊？

run shape checking of elements. 你的单元高度扭曲了，需要修改一下。
试着用RAM方式取代STEP加载load；
或者重新划分单元，使单元的尺寸比不要太大；
或者考虑是不是你的材料设置、接触或约束方程出问题了。
如果这个message在第一次迭代的第一子步出现，肯定是你的单元形状有问题。
