求助:模型不收敛

我做的是二维隧道,提示说:No onvergene,out-of-balane load too large ,automatic time stepping might help
我用的是导入地应力,导入前模型收敛,但导入后就出现上面的提示.
请教:问题出在哪?怎么改?还有automatic time stepping在哪里?

automatic time stepping ，点击图形窗口上面蓝色的a(下面四个点)。
