Smith International manufactures both roller cone and PDC petroleum bits and holds the most world records in petroleum drilling for last five years.Now, the R&D group of Smith International is looking for drilling numerical analysis engineers for its Beijing office. The basic qualifications are the following:
1)Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering or concerned degree is a MUST，familiar with FEA prefered.
2)Familiar with FEA algorithm and programming preferred;
3)Familiar with programming languages C++,Unix shell, Windows Office VBApreferred;
4)Good English skills in reading and writing;
5） Working experience not necessary;
6)Team player, hard working and willing to learn new things.

国外企业招聘的时候都 明确写着 月薪或年收，美资的公司就不能把你们的好作风带到中国来吗？
难道只为了市场和金钱？

我觉得待遇问题可能需要面谈，根据个人情况的不同有所区别 我有朋友去面过
虽然没去成但是对那公司印象还挺好
