你好！我模拟一物体加热到一定温度如1000摄氏度，希望按一定降温速度进行降温到600摄氏度的模拟，不知如何确定，希望大家指点下，非常谢谢:P

Mathematically, you can set the spatial node temperture as a function of time to achieve desired cooling rate. But physically, it almost can not be achieved as you need to control heat generation or input heat flux.

So in my feeling your simulation will not represent the actual physical problem...
