1.This example illustrates how conventional laminated composite models using a laminated material description of the layup are prepared in MSC/PATRAN.

2.This example introduces the capabilities of the MSC/PATRAN LAMINATE MODELER for conducting composites failure analyses. This can be used regardless of whether or not the MSC/PATRAN LAMINATE MODELER has been used to define
the composites model. The analysis is also independent of the analysis code used.

Result Quantity : XX
是什么意思,除了xx选项,还有很多其它选项,请问根据什么来选?

xx-方向。具体地说
View the results
a. Results: Create / Quick Plot.
b. Select Default, Static
Subcases as the Select
Result Cases.
c. Select Stress Tensor as the
Select Fringe Result.
d. Select Layer 12 as the
Position.
e. Click Close.
f. Select X Component as the
Quality.
g. Select Displacements,
Translational as the Select
Deformation Result.
h. Click Apply.

看你关心的那个方向。这只是例子,所以不必很care这个步骤,主要是你知道ply 输出就可以。然后继续第2例子。如果疑问,我给你详细步骤。
