职位描述/要求：
Major Responsibilities:
·Develop piece cost and tooling estimate requests for assigned commodities;
·Construct and analyze manufacturing costs by reviewing sketches, blueprints, parts and functional information;
·Support supplier negotiations with buyers; Qualifications: Estimate part cost (review part design/structure,develop/review process and die design, make break down cost of stamping tooling )
·Possess an expertise in Stamping Tooling Processes;
·English speaking skills required - write and speak clearly, concisely and persuasively;
·Plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks within a defined time period;
·Demonstrate a solid grasp of business concepts, realistic judgment, and quantitative and critical thinking skills;
·Maintain data integrity and accuracy and use data to identify and solve problems;
·Model leadership behavior (integrity, drive, courage and initiative) in personal and professional experiences;
·Work effectively with others;
·Extensive travel domestic and international is required. Education / Experience:
·Candidates with BE degree Preferred.
·5+ years of solid manufacturing / engineering experience in stamping tooling company;（CAE/process development,die design,program management） Career Development:
