Position:CAE Engineer – Body NVH and Durability

Working Location:Nanjing

Major Responsibilities:
1.Work together with product engineers and suppliers in up-front engineering, including virtual validation of designs at various stages of product development;
2.Perform structure durability and NVH analysis for component, sub-system and system of body structure during the virtual product development and validation phase;
3.Use numerical tools to optimize body structure for weight reduction. Conduct multiple disciplinary optimization (NVH/Durability/Safety) during the early stage of product development;
4.Identify design issues and take initiative to resolve them using analytical methods (closed-form solution or CAE method);
5.Interoperate analytical results and propose design modification to meet the requirements.

Qualification Requirements:
1.Must have at least 2 years CAE experience in auto industry;
2.MS or PhD in related engineer fields (Mechanical Engineering, Solid Mechanics, Materials Science and Engineering and Vehicle Engineering, etc);
3.Solid understanding of finite element theory, computational mechanics and structural analysis;
4.Strong problem solving skills by using analytical tools;
5.Be able to work effectively in a team environment;
6.Proficient in using CAE tools, such as HYPERMESH, NASTRAN, ANSA, LS-DYNA, ABAQUS and RADIOSS. Experience of vehicle level NVH/Durability/Crash simulation is definitely a plus;
7.Familiar with automobile components and systems;
8.Product design and testing knowledge of automotive systems is a plus;
9.Knowledge of design specifications/standards of automotive OEMs is a plus;
10.Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;
11.Must be self-motivated.

好工作机会！薪水不在多，但是获得世界超级OEM公司的工作经历大为关键。

（不过，我记得前些日子有人说南京福特的工作并不理想，忘记是谁提到。）
