STIFFENED PLATE

●Createa model of a plate with two types of stiffeners. For one type of stiffener, thearbitrary beam section calculator in Patran will be used to obtain the cross-sectionproperties. For the other type of stiffener, the
Patran standard beam Library will be used toobtain the cross-section properties. The model is finished, i.e. createconstraints and pressure loading. An analysis of the model is performed, andthe results viewed using MD Nastran and Patran.
