Requirements:

Be familiar with FE analysis method;
Be familiar with the material mechanics;
Be familiar with Ls-DYNA or Madymo and Hyperworks;
Be familiar with vehicle body structure;
Be familiar kinematics analysis and optimization method;
Be familiar with the development process of vehicle/relatively component in automobile industry.
