Applied MechanicsEngineer
力学工程师
Report To:
Section Manager – Applied Mechanics
Location:
Suzhou
Job Summary:
Reporting to Section Manager – Applied Mechanics, the job holder is responsible for providing professional technical supports for new product development, including FEA, Fatigue and Strain gauge
Responsibilities:
1.
To design and improve scroll and reciprocating compressor and components
2.
To test(strain gauge) and analysis(FEA) components’ stress
3.
To conduct both liner and non-liner finite element analysis through Ansys classic and workbench environment and interpret the FEA result to improve the compressor components
4.
To conduct the Fatigue test and analysis
5.
To work with Design Engineer and Product Engineer to determine feasibility of the new designs or design changes
6.
To provide professional technical recommendations to company product development
7.
To provide classical calculations to verify results
Requirements:
1.
Master degree or above in Engineering Mechanics or Mechanical Engineering
2.
Solid experience in FEA, including stress, deformation and resonance modes
3.
Experience in mechanical design, mechanical failure, compressor technology or related field is a plus
4.
Knowledge of fatigue and failure analysis
5.
Understand physics of structural analysis
6.
Good analysis skills and problem solving
7.
Fluent English communications skills in both written and oral
8.
Good team work spirit and communication skills
