非线性有限元如何学习

最近在学习非线性有限元方面理论，看书看的头痛，请教各位高手有什么好的学习方法以及教材给小弟介绍下，万分感谢！
ps：除了弹塑性力学、计算固体力学之外还需要哪些理论知识？

再加上连续介质力学和必要的本构关系就够了吧

material nonlinear-- continuum mechanics + inelasticity
geometrical nonlinear -- curvilinear space + general shell theory
contact nonlinear -- contact mechanics + asymptomatic analysis

可以看看非线性力学的书，因为非线性还包括几何非线性和接触非线性
