Humanetics is the world’s largest manufacturer of sophisticated crash test dummies and computer crash simulation models.For over forty years, FTSS and the companies from which it descended have been leaders in crash test dummy innovation. In the 1950s, they pioneered the industry with the development of research dummies for testing air and space craft ejection seats. The technology of these early dummies provided the foundation for creation of automotive crash test dummies in the early 1960s. Since then, technological advances have contributed to constant improvements in the capabilities, quality and accuracy of crash test dummies.

To support the increased demand of our products used worldwide in the automotive industry, we are currently looking for detailed oriented and disciplined individuals who are self-motivated to expand our group in Shanghai.

Please note the following positions available:

Senior CAE Project Engineer   CAE高级项目工程师
You will be responsible for hands-on involvement in the development and application of the FE dummy models to meet the quality criteria for each project; to provide technical support to the China/Asia customers and distributors, and act as a mentor to junior engineers in the department.

The successful applicant will have more than 5 years experience in FEA with a focus in crashworthiness analysis and occupant safety simulation using LS-Dyna, Pamcrash, Radioss, and/or Abaqus, and be familiar with material modelling theory and government regulations. Crash test and data acquisition experience is a plus. It is essential that the applicant have excellent communication, computer, presentation and interpersonal skills and be proficient in English (both written & verbal).Candidate must be willing to travel internationally.
B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required (M.S. preferred).

假人有5%、50%、95%,高矮胖艘都有要求。
做假人的工程师,就没有这个要求了。

Altair做假人吗?只知道有用过madymo和dyna中提供的免费的假人,呵呵~曾经用过假人,不过最多的是ES2的假人,考虑腹部、头部等是否保护到位。
不知道楼上的说做假人,是否是通过很多实验来做验证?还是单纯的是碰撞的时候,直接采用标定好的假人来做分析?
曾做过几个生物力学的项目,但国内貌似没有做假人的单位吧,而我基本上也只是跟骨科的医生打过几次交道~

我说的做假人,指的是有限元假人模型,物理假人全球之前只有FTSS和DETON两家公司,09年两家公司合并为一个,改名为Humanetics。我们是Humanetics在中国的分公司,包括销售和CAE两个部门,CAE部门归美国总部直接领导,和美国、德国全球的研发团队一起负责虚拟有限元假人模型的开发工作。
有限元假人有两种,Madymo的多刚体假人模型和有限元假人模型,前者因为精度不高,在欧美正逐步被细化的可变形的有限元假人模型所代替;后者主要有Humanetics(原FTSS)商业化的有限元假人模型、LSTC的免费有限元假人模型以及Altair的RADIOSS有限元假人模型(Altair的模型来自于收购的法国公司MECOLOG)。
目前全球物理假人只有我们Humanectis一家,我们的有限元假人模型严格按照物理假人建模,经过材料验证、部件验证、组件验证、整个假人验证(台车试验和实车实验)等由低到高的验证程序保证了模型的高精度和高稳定性,也是全球唯一的能够和物理假人完全吻合的有限元假人模型,被美国NASA、全球大部分的OEM以及零配件供应商所采用。

Humanetics的假人模型有LS-DYNA、PAM-CRASH、ABAQUS和RADIOSS多种code,你说的pam-crash的假人模型还是我们公司的,由ESI代理;ABAQUS的模型由达索SIMULIA公司(原ABAQUS公司)代理,RADIOSS模型是Altair和我们公司合作开发的。
所有这些假人模型都是基于欧美人种开发的,国内有这方面的研究,但是还没有可以应用的商业化的假人和模型,一般来说,中国人95%的假人应该相当于欧美50%假人的大小吧。

国内没有做物理假人的,军方的研究所买的就是我们的假人,比如608(做直升机的)、623(飞机强度研究院)等,都是我们的客户。

由ESI代理的pam-crash的数字假人模型还应该好好改改。
比如它们的铰接的旋转角度太小,无法满足定位的要求。
国内有这方面的研究是好事,希望早日商业化。

希望能早日开发出来中国人或者说亚洲人相对应的假人。这样碰撞试验和仿真的数据才更有说服力~
