I was wondering if your software can solve the Cahn-Hilliard equation.

I go through quickly the paper 'THE CAHN-HILLIARD EQUATION WITH ELASTICITY FINITE ELEMENT APPROXIMATION AND QUALITATIVE STUDIES' which presents a finite element scheme to solve Cahn-Hilliard equation. It's should be a vector valued system in weak form. You should start from the weak from and write a Java class that represent this weak form, then you can use other basic classes without any changes to solve the equation.
