ansys版本问题？

最近计算过程中出现错误：
   ** ERROR **                           CP =    1117.700   TIME= 23:55:00
An unexpected error ( SIG$SEGV ) has occurred...  ANSYS internal data   
has been corrupted.  ANSYS is unable to recover and will terminate.     
                                                                        
  Previously saved files are unaffected.                                 
    做的是流场，用的flotran，ansys版本12.1和12.0都用过。总会出现这样的问题。
我在网上查了，开始查到说是12.0的问题，说采用12.1就能解决，于是我卸载12.0安装12.1，问题依旧。。。。。

这个网上又说11可以解决，
    我该怎么办？

我安装11计算了，出现：
** ERROR **                           CP =    1117.622   TIME= 23:29:15
Error opening split file= sh.rfl**.                                    

** FATAL **
Random read error on unit=     12 possible corrupt or missing file.
I/O status error=     22

The above error is non-recoverable by ANSYS
ANSYS run terminated by the indicated error

问题终于解决了，在程序开头加上：
/CONFIG, NRES, 4000000  
/config,fsplit,750

就可以进行运算了。
