Friction Coefficient calculation

I define the automatic surface to surface contact. I also input the static friction coefficient, kinetic friction coefficient and exponential decay coefficient. The equation to calculate the friction coefficient is :



Ansys manual indicates that the relative velocity will be calculated automatically by Ansys. Is there a ways to know exactly the friction coefficient based on this equation? or the relative velocity at a point of time to calculate the friction coefficient.
