Job Descriptions:
The Autodesk Simulation Quality Assurance Team is seeking a senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to help to elevate the quality of our flagship Simulation products.  You will be working with a global engineering team, help to define & develop product validation strategies, drive & create automation, advocate for customers, and represent Quality Assurance during the development cycle. This individual also need to develop and drive an initiative & systematical QA strategy for Simulation emerging product based on Cloud technology, define quality metrics and release measurement applying to emerging product, and execute testing by methodologies designed accordingly.

Responsibilities:
?        Develop comprehensive test design with customer workflow focus.
?        Execute test design, perform testing including function, performance, workflow, install, Localization/Globalization and interoperability, and find defects in products.
?        Support Product Beta and QA driven customer events, ensure customer issues and suggestions can be well received, tracked and followed up.
?        Research and implement test methodologies, metrics and tools applying to Cloud products
?        Continuously learn and be able to quickly digest new knowledge for various Simulation products.
?        Act as a customer champion to ensure that customer satisfaction is the highest priority quality measure for product.
?        Actively engage in technical issues from customers and drive them to resolution.
?        Be willing to make earnest efforts to share teammates expertise and ideas
?        Pro-actively reach out and build quality partnerships with other teams and members.
?        Investigate and communicate anything that may impede progress on projects.
?        Effectively communicate, collaborate and negotiate across teams.
?        Provide on-demand updates to QA management for project status, overall quality status, and risks.

Requirements:
?        3+ years of working experience in professional Simulation industry.
?        B.S. degree or equivalent or above in Material Science & Engineering, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, and/or Automotive.
?        Solid experience with CAE software (ANSYS, CFDesign, Algor, Moldflow, etc.)
?        Strong written and verbal communication skills.
?        Fluent English language skills.
?        Computer programming skills is highly preferred.
?        Cloud/Web based experience is highly preferred.
?        Experience working directly with customers in a support or service environment is plus.

Other Preferred Qualifications:
?        Experience with software testing methodologies, and software project management.
?        Experience with commercial or internally developed automation tools.
?        Experience with agile process.
