计算出现错误（接触方面），求各位大神帮忙看看查查原因

      小弟ANSYS新手，在计算了大概30分钟之后，文件夹的容量达到4.75G之后，输出窗口弹出了五个错误，但是还在继续算下去，但是估计是不收敛，所以文件夹大小就一直保持在4.75G大小不在增加了。请各位大大帮忙分析分析原因与解决方法哈！！！      具体错误如下所示：

刚体位移很大，加约束！
用cncheck在计算前看看，是不是初始接触上了没？
其实我也在寻求答案。。。。。。

谢谢哈！请问什么是初始接触啊？这个cncheck具体怎么用哇？我真心是菜鸟哇，模型我是一边看书学习一边建立起来的，看到哪做到哪，一些查找问题原因的方法我都不会用，真心求教！

也可能是约束没有加合适。。。
