Autodesk, Inc is seeking a highly motivated software development engineer to join the Simulation engineering team in Shanghai. The individual will mainly work on detailed design, code implementation, and validation in one of the most strategic projects of Autodesk Simulation, based on desktop and cloud platform. The engineer will work under agile development process and collaborate with engineers of other global sites.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design, prototype, implement, test and troubleshoot subsystems of simulation applications, such as Autodesk Simulation Moldflow
• Deliver results that meet product specifications with a high level of quality and customer satisfaction
• Estimate tasks and work towards schedule
• Optimize source code to effectively leverage object-oriented design and code reuse
• Work as an integral member of a cross-site virtual team, making important individual contributions
• Work with extended teams of UX Design, Product Management, QA, Tech Pub, and etc.

Requirements:
• BS degree required, MS/PhD degree preferred, in Computer Science or Engineering
• 3+ year development experience on commercial software products
• Excellent programming skills with C++
• Knowledge of object-oriented design techniques
• Comprehensive technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design and implementation
• Good analytical and design skills at product level
• Competent written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal skills
• Experience with Python and other script language is a good plus
• Experience with web application is a good plus
• Experience with CAD/CAE software usage or development is a good plus
• Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) domain knowledge is a good plus

不会C++，只会Python、Fortran和C#的飘过。。。
但是autodesk还是不错的说，顶一下

lz真想挖人的话，西门子上海的NX Nastran组肯定有大把合适的码农，那里有人经常出没本站的
花点费用让猎头搞到通讯录，逐个联系呗
如果税前30w一年的话，挖人还是挺容易的

30万吸引力也不算太大，如果35-40万，估计吸引力就很大了

应该到不了35w的，非经理级别，税前30w差不多到顶了
供应量少，同时需求也少
上海正儿八经搞CAE开发的外企，不超过二位数

这个两年前可以这么说吧，目前资深一点的职位都接近30万了，至少我前段时间知道autodesk想
挖人，数字差不多就可以给到30万，但是这个数字只是比NX Nastran那边多了几万而已，为了这
几万跳槽意义不是很大。

我觉得这个价码如果不是经常加班，工作压力适中，对于机械、力学和数学出身的码农还是不错
对于计算机、软件工程或者电子信息类出身的码农，明显偏低
